For JPEG files, no. Ghoststrip uses a lossless byte-level approach that removes metadata without re-encoding the image, so there is zero quality loss.

Can Ghoststrip remove GPS location from photos?

Yes. GPS coordinates embedded in photos are removed along with all other EXIF metadata including camera model, timestamps, and author information.
